The “meat and potatoes” or “beans and rice” if you will! This is a foundational piece of any healthy adventure as it includes my custom curated intake forms that allow me to translate your symptoms & create the best recommendations just for you. This initial information also serves as a guide when we check in to see how far you’ve progressed over time based on how much symptom reduction you’ve experienced.
✨ Curated Recipes
My recipes are tasty, nutrient dense and easy to make. I’m a nutritionist, not a chef! Gluten free, dairy free, plant based and any unique preferences you have will be taken into account. Work with a meal-delivery company? I’ll be happy to liaise with them direct to ensure your nutritional needs are met with ease and nourishment.

I’ve tried every diet before, how is this different?
I get it. I’ve been there myself ( from Weight Watchers to The Master Cleanse to LA Weight Loss, etc.). There’s many reasons why this is different but to keep it brief I can tell you what it’s not → it’s not a diet based on bullsh*t caloric restriction combined with excessive exercise with a focus on using your “willpower” to change.
I notice you live in Canada, I live in the States (or beyond!), can I still work with you?
Of course! I can, and have, facilitated healthy transformations for women around the world. Considerations are made for international time zones when applicable.
I’m not very techy, will connecting virtually still work for me?
Absolutely. I have put considerable time into creating an experience for my clients that is worry-free and includes easy to use tech. Such as your own portal which contains all notes, forms and recipes when we start working together. No excessive paper use for me, or you. 😉
Right now, is a busy time for me, I’m worried I won’t have the time!
